NEW CERAMIC WORKS
I've been quietly sneaking away to ceramics class Wednesday mornings for the past month. It's so much fun. I took ceramics in high school for a semester which is more than a decade ago, so I was very surprised how comfortable I got on the wheel again. It's still very trick centering and pulling that clay but I'm getting better at it. But off the wheel is where I enjoy it the most. The glazing part is my favorite. I just love how sensitive and unpredictable pottery is. It's like every piece is a happy accident! Or maybe that's just how I like it. I'm totally addicted and want to make everything.
