WALL–E(AMES) DCM CHAIR

When I scooped up two Eames DCM chairs in the back of a Salvation Army thrift store, my heart skipped a couple beats because this is probably the closest I'll ever get to owning anything Eames, considering my thrifty budget. I was hoping they'll be originals from Herman Miller but they turned out to be replicas. For less than $20 total, can I really complain? They're still fantastic. One of the backrest was loose so when I leaned against it it came apart. I haven't bothered fixing it, or even using E–6000 to temporarily glue it back together. I'm actually getting a kick out of the Wall–E looking Eames chair. So I'm quite alright leaving it as is, while the other is sitting perfectly in the dining room.
