Over the weekend, I had to cook for one since my heartmate was on a juice cleanse which I desperately need to go on soon. I stopped by Whole Foods and picked up my favorite Israeli couscous salad with cranberries and pecan from their salad bar. So good! I wanted to make a sweet sandwich so I grabbed an almond croissant and a pack of Muenster cheese. I fried up two eggs and threw it all together in less than five minutes. There's nothing like a quick and easy and super delicious couscouswich. Mmhmm!  Hope you all had lovely weekend!
